How it works

A straightforward enquiry, clear information and a choice about what happens next.

From your first enquiry

01

Tell us about your situation

Choose motor finance or unaffordable lending and answer a few short questions.

02

We contact you

We go through your enquiry and explain what Quickleap can and cannot do within its permissions.

03

You decide what to do next

An enquiry does not confirm a claim or commit you to a paid service. You can stop at any point.

What Quickleap does

Quickleap Ltd is authorised for seeking out, referring and identifying claims or potential claims. We take your enquiry and contact you about the information you provide.

We do not assess the merits of your claim, give legal advice, investigate or handle your claim. We are not a law firm.

You stay in control

We will ask whether you have already complained, have a representative or have received compensation. This helps identify possible duplication. Tell us if you would like to stop or change how we contact you.

Sending an enquiry does not instruct a solicitor, confirm a claim or commit you to a paid service.

Your free options

You do not need to use a claims management company or solicitor to make a complaint. You can complain directly to your lender or insurer yourself for free and, where eligible, take an unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. Using a paid representative may reduce the compensation you retain.
