How Quickleap Ltd uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 7 November 2026 · Version PN-1.0

1. Who we are

Quick Leap Claims is a trading style of Quickleap Ltd, company number 06675913. Quickleap Ltd is the data controller. Our ICO registration number is ZB744081.

Registered office: Floor 2, Newsham House, 103 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 0TD. For questions about your information, email privacy@quickleapclaims.co.uk.

2. Information you give us

We collect the name, contact details, communication preferences, enquiry answers and messages you choose to provide. Enquiry answers can include the type of finance or credit, the lender, and whether you have already complained, received compensation or appointed a representative.

We record your choices separately, including permission to use your enquiry details, optional additional checks and optional email or text updates. We retain the wording shown and the time of each recorded choice.

Please do not include passwords, bank account or card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in this website’s forms. If you need support, tell us about the adjustment you need rather than a diagnosis.

3. How and why we use information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry or message, communicate in the way you request, keep accurate records, respond to complaints and protect the service against misuse. Optional marketing choices are separate from an enquiry and can be withdrawn.

We rely on your consent to use the enquiry details you submit and for any optional marketing you choose. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. We rely on our legitimate interests to answer general correspondence, keep appropriate audit records and protect the website, and on legal obligations where records are needed to meet regulatory requirements or deal with complaints.

We do not make automated decisions about whether you have a valid claim. Quickleap does not run a credit search when you submit this enquiry.

4. Website and cookie information

Our hosting service receives technical information needed to serve and secure the website. We record the landing-page path, referring site and campaign tags when available. Advertising click identifiers are retained only if you accept advertising choices.

No analytics or advertising scripts are installed. See our cookie policy to review or change your preferences.

5. Security and access

We apply the security and customer-support principles in our internal policies: collect only what is needed, restrict access to authorised people, use approved systems and secure channels, and respond to suspected security incidents.

Where someone communicates on your behalf, we check their authority before discussing confidential information. We record practical support needs without requesting unnecessary sensitive details.

6. Service providers and overseas processing

Cloudflare hosts this website. Service providers must handle personal information under appropriate contractual and security arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law or to respond to a regulatory obligation.

Website enquiries and messages are sent securely to info@quickleapclaims.co.uk on our managed email server. They are not sent to a CRM or routing platform. Cloudflare processes website traffic and handles the secure submission request. Cloudflare's data processing terms set out its international-transfer safeguards, including the UK transfer provisions where applicable.

7. How long we keep information

Our internal policies require a documented retention schedule, proportionate record keeping and review of information that is no longer needed.

The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Enquiry details and consent evidence are held in our email records. We keep correspondence while it is needed to respond to the enquiry, manage follow-up or a complaint, or meet applicable legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. We determine retention by the enquiry's status, relevant complaint or legal time limits, and any requirement to preserve records. Records should be deleted or anonymised when those reasons no longer apply. Marketing suppression information is kept where needed to respect a request not to be contacted.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us about your personal information, request access or correction, and ask for deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also have rights to object or to receive certain information in a portable format, depending on the legal basis and circumstances.

You can withdraw optional marketing permission or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. Email privacy@quickleapclaims.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Complaints about your information

Please contact us first so we can consider your concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
